When Your Own Medicine Becomes Your Healing Elixir
Dear beautiful souls and divine feminine warriors, there’s a sacred vulnerability in sharing this journey with you today. As a guide who helps women step into their power and divine essence daily, I find myself in the humbling position of walking through my own shadow valley—divorcing a narcissist while still holding space for others on similar paths. The raw truth? I’ve shed more tears this month than when my beloved mother transitioned to the other side. They say divorce is like death, but worse because the person still exists in your reality. This paradox of grieving someone who still occupies physical space creates a unique spiritual challenge that tests our deepest reserves of self-love.
Dreams as Messengers of Truth
The universe speaks to us in mysterious ways, often through the dream realm. Recently, my ex shared a dream that initially disturbed my spirit—he saw me lying beside him as a corpse, unmoving until suddenly I stirred, shocking him awake. At first, this imagery felt heavy on my heart. But in meditation, the divine wisdom revealed something profound: this dream wasn’t about horror, but about closure. His subconscious was processing the death of our union, the end of what was. That slight movement? The recognition that while “we” may have died, “I” am very much alive—awakening to new possibilities. This realization brought unexpected peace, like cosmic permission to fully embrace my separate journey forward.
Motherhood and Rebirth: Walking Through Fire
Starting over while supporting three beautiful souls is not for the faint of heart. The practical challenges of rebuilding a life while maintaining stability for my children tests my manifestation practice daily. Yet this week, I’ve felt the universe conspiring in my favor—the light at the end of the tunnel growing just a bit brighter. In these moments of alignment, when joy peeks through pain, I’m reminded why I’m uniquely positioned to guide others through similar transformations.
Why My Wounds Make Me a Better Guide for You
My coaching doesn’t come from intellectual understanding alone, but from living in the trenches of transformation:
- I’m not observing life through a window—I’m immersed in its messiness
- My tears water the garden of my wisdom
- The triggers I face with my ex become master classes in boundary-setting
- Every financial worry becomes practice in abundance, mindfulness
- Each moment of doubt strengthens my connection to source energy
This journey isn’t happening to me; it’s happening for me—and for every goddess I’m meant to serve.
